Our Story

Role Model Academy was founded by Celestia Barby, Celestia got bullied at school and ended up in the wrong crowd for 7 years drinking, drugs, smoking and stealing. In 2010 Celestia hit rock bottom, during this hard time she met someone who saved her life, she calls this person an angel and slowly her bad habits and mindset started to change.

In 2011 Celestia started to see life differently and realised during her 7 years of being off the rails, a lot of people were struggling and she believed she could enhance her own personal development to help others find the light at the end of the tunnel within they think, act and look.

When Celestia looks in the mirror she sees herself not as the perfect perfect but someone who does hold role model values. A role model is someone who makes a positive difference within humanity and is able to influence and inspire others in a positive way within life's journey. Having this in mind the Role Model Academy was founded is on a global mission to enhance personal development within teenagers and adults within the way they think, act and look with the promise to increase self-worth, confidence, and happiness within the human race.

Within the Role Model Academy, there is a selection of trained life coaches to enable you to get the right support and professional guidance you need to help you develop.

We offer 1-1 and group face-to-face and online life coaching programs for you to choose from. At the Role Model Academy, we specialise in understanding human behaviour using a non-textbook coaching approach that gives you the rawest and interesting vision to enhance your life.

Our core values are loyalty, commitment, and respect. We treat our clients like family and that is why the Role Model Academy is a leading professional within the life coaching industry.
